Benjamin Sojka is a partner in Rainwater Management Solutions and is the Executive Vice President of Design and Engineering.

A graduate of The University of Virginia’s School of Architecture under the tenure of Dean William McDonough, Benjamin has assisted in the design and overseen construction of multiple McDonough projects. Still, an active partner in the family cattle farm, Cliffdale, located in the Piedmont of Virginia, Benjamin’s strong agriculture and environmental upbringing reinforces the common sense approach evident in his designs and projects. Benjamin’s site work and utility background, spanning 18 years, as both a General Superintendent and Project Manager allow him to take a project from thought to plan through construction and into the future with an understanding of how it can be successfully sustained throughout its life.
