Please note that we attempt process orders very quickly. Order processing time is typically 1-2 business days after receipt of an order with all the necessary and requested information; however, processing times may vary depending on the items that are ordered and other circumstances. Some items may be shipped the day the order is placed, dependent upon availability and time of order, while others may take longer periods of time to ship. In some instances, items may need to be special ordered and as such, processing and delivery time may be impacted for such order.
Shipping Information and Policies:
Rainwater Management Solutions, Inc. primarily ships through UPS. Shipping prices are calculated based on order size and weight using real-time information. For other means of shipping, the charges will be calculated as appropriate. Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the value of your order. You will receive an email with your order’s tracking number as soon as it is processed.
We ship to US, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas and Caribbean addresses.. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take additional time to arrive. We try to make certain that every package is packed securely so it will arrive to you without damage. UPS shipments are insured for damage during delivery. If your package is received with damage, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you with the claims process. A claim must be filed with UPS within 14 days in order to receive reimbursement of product and shipping costs.
Please call our Toll-Free number at 866-653-8337 if you are not satisfied with your purchase. A Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) will be sent to you and is required prior to processing a return.
Any request for a return must be made within thirty (30) days of the original order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We will attempt to process requests for returns or RMA’s for standard non-special-order items within fourteen (14) business days of the RMA being issued, however times may vary depending on the circumstances.
In order to provide our customers the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices, we only accept returned merchandise that is in "factory new” condition (see below for the criteria). We must be able to resell the product as new in the condition it is received.
“Factory new” returns items must include the following:
1) The original retail packaging in like-new condition. No missing, torn, taped, scratched, crushed, soaked or disfigured packaging will be accepted. Packaging includes all padding, spacers, bags and any other component used for packaging the product or its accessories.
2) All parts, fittings, adapters, instructions, manuals, cords and any other components that were included with each product eligible for return.
3) Always package the returned items inside of another durable box to prevent damage to the original product packaging. If items are damaged during shipping in transit back to us due to improper packaging, you will only be refunded for the items not damaged, less any additional shipping costs to return the damaged products to you.
After a return is received and approved, a refund will in most cases be issued to the same form of the original payment as was used for the purchase. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Special order and/or custom fabricated products may not be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.
