Order Processing:

At Rainwater Management Solutions, Inc., we strive to process all orders promptly. Our typical order processing time is 1-2 business days after receipt of an order, provided all necessary and requested information is included. However, processing times may vary depending on the items ordered and other factors. Some items may be shipped on the same day the order is placed, depending on availability and the time of order. Other items may require longer shipping times, and in some cases, items may need to be special-ordered, which could impact processing and delivery timelines.

 

Shipping Information and Policies:

Rainwater Management Solutions, Inc. primarily ships via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the order, using real-time rates from UPS databases. For alternative shipping methods, charges will be calculated accordingly. Shipping and handling costs are determined by both the destination and the value of the order.

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas, and select Caribbean addresses via UPS. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are also made through UPS and may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. We ensure all packages are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. UPS shipments are insured for damage during delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately to initiate the claims process. Claims with UPS must be filed within 14 days of delivery to receive reimbursement for both the product and shipping costs.

 

 

Return Policy:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please call our toll-free number at 866-653-8337 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). The RGA is required before processing any returns.

 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

We aim to process returns for standard non-special-order items within 14 business days of issuing the RGA, although this may vary depending on the situation.

 

To ensure we can offer the best products at competitive prices, we only accept returns of items in "factory new" condition. This includes:

 

  1. The original retail packaging in like-new condition. We cannot accept packaging that is missing, torn, taped, scratched, crushed, soaked, or damaged in any way. Packaging should include all components such as padding, spacers, bags, and any accessories.
  2.  All original parts, fittings, adapters, instructions, manuals, cords, and other components included with the product.
  3.  Returned items must be packaged inside a durable outer box to protect the original packaging. If items are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, you will only be refunded for the undamaged items, minus any additional return shipping costs.

 

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will typically be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Note: Special order and custom-fabricated products cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances.
