The company’s roots trace back to 1999, when founder and CEO David Crawford transitioned from a career in healthcare to water conservation. After observing the excessive use of potable water in hospital laundries, Dave became a passionate advocate for rainwater harvesting. He began experimenting with rain barrel prototypes made from repurposed laundry soap containers, eventually developing a functional system that gained traction at local home shows.
