It filters roof runoff from areas up to 1,600 square feet and directs debris to the stormwater system while sending clean rainwater to a storage tank or rain barrel.
A UV-resistant polypropylene housing and stainless steel filter insert provide durability in outdoor conditions. The filter captures over 90 percent of rainwater and also acts as a first flush device by allowing initial debris and contaminants to pass through.
You can install the filter on round downspouts or use an adapter kit for 2″ x 3″ or 3″ x 4″ rectangular downspouts. The system requires at least 20 inches of vertical pipe above the unit. The collected rainwater is naturally soft and works well for irrigation, car washing, and general cleaning.
